In his classic book, ‘Full Catastrophe Living’, Jon Kabat-Zinn introduced seven attitudes incorporated within the practice of mindfulness, which have since been updated to nine.

In each of the short videos below, Kabat-Zinn provides a succinct and eloquent description of these nine attitudes. Each one is well worth a watch!

1. Non-judging

2. Patience

3. Beginner’s mind

4. Trust

5. Non-striving

6. Acceptance

7. Letting go

8 & 9. Gratitude and Generosity
